A very powerful loyalty tool. The coupon is the most customisable feature in the app. It allows you to create any type of offer that you need to attract or keep customers.
Claim only once
Enabling this option will only let customers use this coupon one time. This is great for offers such as welcome offers, flash deals or birthday treats.
Reusable
Enabling this option will allow customers to use this coupon multiple times. You’re in control, you can configure how many times per month it can be used, and how many times per day.
Redeem with loyalty points
Just like for Products, enabling this option will allow customers to redeem the coupon if they have earned enough loyalty points. You decide exactly what the required points to redeem the coupon is.
Expiry date
You can configure expiry dates for coupons.
